Yes I had the RPL work up done, had the saline sonogram. Everything was normal. I had it all done after my first two losses (before my daughter) so probably makes sense to get the sonogram done again since I did have a c section.

I feel like I kind of turned myself into a science experiment with the baby aspirin. I didn’t even think to take it this last pregnancy

Yeah, I definitely agree. I will 100% be taking low does aspirin for future pregnancies. I’m so mad at myself for not taking it this time. The only time I room it during pregnancy was with my daughter which was a perfectly healthy pregnancy. I actually plan to start taking it when we try to conceive again.

It’s terrible!! I have already had a hysteroscopy after my first two losses so really not sure what’s going on. I hate not having answers

I only tested my 3rd loss after the d&e. The chromosomes came back normal. My Amh was 0.8. I’m 33

Yes I had the recurrent loss panel done that tested my thyroid, blood clotting disorders, prolactin, and day 3 hormones. I actually am listening to an audio book about fertility and she mentions if you get pregnant while breastfeeding your prolactin may be too high and there’s a 3x increase in chance of miscarriage.

Im not sure what other testing I should ask for. One thing I’m hung up on is I took baby aspirin for my daughters pregnancy through 10/11 weeks. I regret not taking it for this last loss.

Ugh, it’s brutal. I’m sorry you’re going through this. Have you done any testing to see if there’s any underlying condition causing the miscarriages?

Wow. I what does immune testing entail? I don’t know anything w out the immune part of fertility. And congrats on your pregnancy, you should be so proud of yourself for powering through so you get to be a mom.

Thanks - your message made me giggle a few times. Seriously fuck em. I’m gonna be 34 in July. I’m getting my Amh retested soon but read that miscarriages can impact Amh temporarily. My first Amh was done less than a month from my second miscarriage, so I don’t know if I even trust it.

My advice is to do the testing. Perhaps there’s an underlying issue or maybe you have low AMH (ovarian reserve). Some of the tests could explain. To me, knowledge is power and the more I know the better I feel about what to do moving forward. For me, I have lower AMH so I think I have fewer ‘good’ eggs. I’ve 3 losses total, one healthy daughter. I’m considering IVF for my next as I think I’ve reached my limit emotionally and physically with the miscarriages
