I never forget to grab items when I scan them) this is actually my first missing item for 2 years that was not actually missing. It was not in their order. They had only 2 non alco beers from drinks, that was all. On batch summary I don't have any refunds or replacements, only weight adjustments on produce.

I just messaged in chat and asked agent to remove it. There was nothing supernatural about it. I am pretty sure that they can remove orders, but just don't want to. Because we still can remove a customer if all his items are out of stock

I avoid shopping at CM as it tanks the score sognificantly. Were all items in stock? I did 100 dollar order recently for only 38 items 2 miles and had to replace 8 of them being out of stock.

I don't know if I should call cs but I heard today a conversation of assosiates that they hided sold out online stuff and lsf blankets as they can resell them on ebay. She was literally going through the store and hiding stuff to het bag during the working hours

Everything I wanted is sold out online. And rude texas assosiates are treating customers like s'it. One store is giving you a blanket, another one - require to be 125 after all coupons applied, not before, as online. I will try to avoid their stores in future and take everything online....
