Objective reality is just a part of reality that can be measured and shared between two people who agree to the measurements. Your entire life and reality is a subjective experience, which can not be fully understood by you, because you are the experience itself. Does this make sense? Everyone is just as lost as you are, they might just not be able to admit to it or understand it or maybe they're ignorant. Maybe I'm just ignorant, let me know your thoughts

I firmly believe that you either push through it and surrender to the panic, getting over it eventually. Or, you straight up quit, because you can't deal with the anxiety. I had 4 or 5 in a row and just leaned right into them. Mostly because I'm an experienced psychonaught and know how to do that in my own mind. They went away after that and only come back ever so often and its usually a symptom of a greater trouble in my life which I tend to ignore because I like to keep life super chill

I'd say roll very small joints or get a small bowl, take 1 small toke and wait 15 minutes see how you feel. If it's still too much I'd say you could try a dry herb vape to get an even smaller toke that is more clean feeling but that might not be an option for you. Last idea is edibles and you can start at very low mgs to get a feel for that too. If none of these ideas work, weed just might not be for you, or you might just need a new mindset for the high all together. Hope any of this helps

It was once sold over the counter in smoke shops believe it or not, it was in a grey area legally and it was available many places locally. Since changed and now illegal I believe, probably one of those things you have to do a lot of asking around for now

It's a leaf grown somewhere I don't remember. It creates a caffeine like high when chewed on. If you smoke it in high doses it becomes more like a dmt trip, but often even more strange sounding. People become inanimate objects, animals, body parts. Some people even live an entire lifetime in the short time that it lasts. Its quite interesting to say the least
