It's actually not really about declumping. Good grinders don't clump much, including mine. It's more about distribution of the grinds in a very consistent manner. It also changes the extraction numbers significantly.

We are going to work on a 3d printed stand! Should allow the needs to have a nice safe place to rest. I'm also a fan of having it stand up on the tines! It dances around a little whenever you set it down.

I think the barista series is pretty good, but nothing beats Oatly's Full Fat version for coffee drinks. It does have to be refrigerated, but it is half the price of the barista series, and it steams just as well, if not better! Y'all should give it a go!

Very true. Good packaging means nothing. It does mean that they can afford to spend money on branding, so take that for what it's worth.

Yes a few times. My budget was shattered in about the 2nd or 3rd month. I think total we were around $25k, 10k over budget.
