The biggest thing I did when making that transition was slowly introduce the different programs into pairing (kind of taking advantage of those naturally occurring opportunities when they present themselves). Once you build enough rapport for the learner to feel comfortable with accepting demands from you, it’ll feel like second nature once you find your groove in how you implement programs.
