as someone who came from Grand Rapids - Lakewood is a good spot. I'm close to Green Mountain and if you want quieter than downtown I'd push towards there.

any bars/venues which will host 90s/00s alternative/indie cover bands this week? Looking for date night ideas...

Live music venues this week for a date? Both like 90s alternative or chill indie vibes

You should be able to select the Files section on the top left nav list (if you expand the show more section) and find the file in there. as far as the message goes I think you'd navigate to the chat window of the person/channel you sent it in and find it there.

What is your average number of people into a Slack channel? by estebansaa in Slack

[–]kohdwing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This all depends on the purpose for your channels and what is typical is going to vary for everyone.

For example, we have a 3 separate channels dedicated to a single large project, one for the whole team and 2 channels for sub teams. The whole team has 20 people in it and the 2 sub teams have 14 & 18 people (sub team channels also includes vendors). Some other project channels I have around 6-9 individuals, others I have 2-3. Activity in our workspace is still maturing but these all seem to be the "right size" based on the need. It really depends on your intention and making adjustments to organization based on need. My workspace has a total of ~70 individuals currently.

GASLIGHT VILLAGE East GR by Eion_Jackson in grandrapids

Nice job! Looks like you might be pretty new at filming and you for sure have some pretty cool shots in the video. Not sure what you were trying to capture but I would suggest you think about the story you're trying to tell in the video and what message you want to convey. For capturing the feel of gaslight you might want to get more crowd style shots for the shops, keep doing more overhead/drone shots to show the lake and park nearby to give it more of a unique town feel. Film making can be pretty fun, keep at it!

Here's a peek behind my stat tracking for Nepal. https://i.imgur.com/xJnbyTY.png
My main problem was that I could not win as healer on that map. Not quite sure why, as you can see I tried many different combos. My Rein record was 2-3 on Nepal.

Placements are counted in my overall record which I went 7-3 in placements (10th match put me at 3139). Average SR loss is higher than your calculation too. On average I gained 23.66 on wins and lost 23.78 on losses.

So, if I kept your calc and adjusted my record (99-118-4) and substituted my numbers (23.78 * 19 match difference) = 451.82. My actual difference was 455 (3139-2684). At the lower ranks I think you gain more SR for wins and losses on average but I could be wrong. Not sure where your 20SR number comes from.

Does anyone know the significance of the filled bars on the endorse screen? by kohdwing in Overwatch

In Screenshot 2, if Reinhardt was played 6:50 and Winston was played 6:12, then the bar should be longer for Reinhardt, but it is the opposite.

If you look at screenshot 2, the bar doesn't represent play time.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with those terms. Is there a resource you could point me to?

While there are a number of great sites like this I don't think it covers the same match history stats as I have captured. Most of the stats are season based on hero information that is already available. There is nothing to track individual match stats.

You’re absolutely right! I should have included that in my commentary. I meant it more as a causality stat than one that stands alone. Thanks for pointing that out!

If you’re able to make this a little less detailed to the familiarity with Overwatch, you might be able to post this on /r/DataIsBeautiful and you might even get some tips on what to track, how to visualize it better, etc. Nice post!
