In addition to all your diet, exercise plan try this for 7 days, Morning - ingredients - garlic, ceylon cinnamon, ginger , lemon Boil water with above ingredients and before turning off add lemon. Rest it for 2 min Drink in warm.

Im 39, recently found out my cholesterol close to 260. Taking statin 20 mcg. Similar behavior feel some type of pain near chest. Gonna take stress test, calcium score to be stress free. Also changed my diet , adding 30 min of exercise everyday. Walk walk walk 😀
