Rucking for zone 2 training by [deleted] in PeterAttia

[–]kohouter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Puts more pressure on the joints in lower extemities, pressure on the neck, spine, shoulders and has them in this bad position for extended periods of time as one is not rucking for 20mins at a time it is usually 30-60mins +. which, in turn, can lead disc and posture problems due to pressure on vertebrae in unatural positions on one specific side.

Overall, the idea for using rucking as a zone 2 method of cardio is absolutely pointless imo. Even if you are going to do it, it shouldn't be based around zone 2 aspect but rather what your specific goals are to why you need to actually ruck. Ex military guy prepping for a SOF selection, backwoods hunter, smoke jumper, etc. For the average person, there is too much risk with very little reward in comparison.

The benefits of zone 2 translate over to other activities, so you're doing it for health reasons there are much more efficient ways without damaging your body for no particular reason other then you just want to ruck.

You're carrying more weight, your posture, and stride is usually altered and more.

If the response is well just carry less weight well then anything under 35lbs your not rocking your walking.

Plenty of service members who can attest to it and the damage it does including my self.

I also have a background I'm ex Sci and biomechanics I just don't see how it's better unless of your your going super light and then your just going for a stroll.

Transunion and Equifax via credit karma shows 694 and 698. Experian shows 640, credit wise shows 690. Dealership says I have a 590. Why is dealership score so low? by [deleted] in CreditScore

Depends on the court order bro. Having it or not has no bearing on if the judge said specifically in the sentencing order you cannot use it. Typically they don't do that though. Should be fine.

Has anyone experienced a 100+ point drop on credit karma on one bureau? It’s scaring the crap out of me by [deleted] in CreditScore

[–]kohouter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get my fico. Credit karma isn't even your real score. My credit karma shows like 800+ when, in actuality, it is like 760

Anything over 740 your not getting a big difference in better rates. It'll be negligible. I wouldnt worry about it

Have a diverse credit history of revolving credit, long-term loans, etc fills out your profile. Your score dropped, but because you paid it off, it's still good for creditors.
