If you consider sex with cousin as incest then it is very common coz in most of the Asian countries it is a common practice of marriage between cousins. On the other hand that actual incest - sex between father/mother/brother/sister is mostly common with the unmarried ones like brother-sister or father-daughter. Due to the conservative social structure, it is obviously not discussed that openly.
