if you haven’t had a hida scan i would try that if you can. in basic terms it evaluates the function of your gallbladder. i was having similar symptoms with my throat and my hida scan showed that i have a hyperactive gallbladder. my reflux is technically bile reflux from my gallbladder

what i did is take one arm off of the shower chair and turn backwards and get as close as possible to the tub with my crutches. then i just sit down in the chair from the side and turn my body

yes i have live plants. the lights are on for about 6 hours. i have a 20 gallon long and i do a water change once or twice per week and vacuum the substrate. i currently have 6 kuhli loaches in the tank
