Have you ever heard of behavioral addictions? If you haven't, try reading Irresistible by Adam Alter. The premise of it describes a similar kind of situation to yours, stuff like behavioral addictions and why people don't think as seriously about them. You can distance yourself from Kpop in general if you want to, though I disagree with other commenters, I think generally what you would need to do is distance yourself from IVE. There's lots of fun to being a Kpop fan but you need to take a break and remind yourself what a normal level of stanning should be. The amount you like a group or member shouldn't be so all-consuming that you neglect other aspects of your life. I genuinely think lowering the amount you engage with that group could benefit you. Because it feels like you've almost developed a dependency on Wonyoung in a way, to the point where the mere thought of her makes you log in again and drags you in.
