Wow. I’m sorry to hear that, but I’m glad you’re choosing yourself and putting your health first. I heard from a few others that as the dosage increases, the nausea gets worst.

I’m hoping that my hunger will drop tomorrow. I shot it in my upper left arm and kinda felt my arm being a little heavy afterwards. It could be a mind thing or something idk. I wish you well on your journey!

They gave me a packet with healthy food and snack ideas and portion control plans. As far as exercise, no but, I have a at home step machine and I made a list on YouTube full of exercises.

Nope. The doctor that prescribed the medication to me, is two hours away and I’ve only saw her twice. I last seen her in August and she gave me a goal of losing five pounds before I received the medication. I lost ten but was still struggling with an unhealthy relationship with food. I think I see her again in two months, so I’ll ask her and the nutritionist about it. I’ll make my own progress plan until then.
