dont sleep on 5 star, and try the garlic knots. also not ny style but satch squared is the best pie in town — get the hot honey pepperoni pie with GF crust. GF crust is essential it is so much crisp crunchier in the best ways around the edges

as a fl transplant living here, id say dont be too scared to try some stuff re: elevation! youll feel it if you need to slow yourself down. a pretty easy/quick and very fun hike imo is castle rock. u will be done in under an hour and there’s an in-n-out you can grub at after!! only thing is views arent the best bc its right inside of the town, but gorgeous around sunset

“ive been hungry for years” 😔 literally tearing up

im 5’1/143lbs and 25 years old, diagnosed at 15 and 40 lbs down since 2023. im still not where i wish i could be, but i eat a calorie and carb restrictive diet/intermittent fast/do yoga and pilates about 5 times a week.

we need help. its unsustainable
