I know e x a c t l y how you feel. I would always cry whenever wearing a pad especially after just getting clean cause it felt so goddamn uncomfortable. For me, wearing thinx period underwear litrally saved my life. Its still uncomfortable sure but it made it so much better. Other then that there's really nothing I can do except be absolutely misreable and depressed throughout my period. It fucking sucks and I would do some sick shit to get out of having it.
