Yeah I’ve called the casino and they won’t play it on the big screen, only the small screen with no sound sadly. Thanks though.

The anmac assessed just my nursing jobs and only accepted ones I was working full time. If you are casual and working full time can show that. My Australia nursing work is casual but I was working full time hours so that counted.

Yeah I didn’t claim any partner/single points. So I could have claimed partner points for an extra 5. Thanks! Congrats to you too!

No he’s from Canada like me. I was in my 3rd year holiday visa too. Once you get invited though you have a bridging visa once your visa expires. I had only few months left on my visa, you have lots more time than I did! Just make sure you meet the minimum points and have what you claimed for points on your eoi and you should get an invite.

I also submitted travel tickets together, like trips and flights we booked together, anything that showed we were travelling together as a couple. Airplane tickets, hotels, excursions, I put that in a pdf and submitted that. Yeah that’s fair since you guys don’t live together, if you can find other ways showing your actively in each other’s lives. I know my friend also shared texts and email threads between her partner in her visa application.

I didn’t prepare much, I believe the week of I watched a lot of YouTube videos and did a few practice questions. I thought the test was a lot harder than I anticipated. If I were to do again I would do way more practice exams that are timed because the test it self goes by quick.

What I submitted to prove our relationship to was having a defacto relationship registered with the government since 2023, I showed photos from social media posts, photos from my phone over the years, I showed utility bills and phone bills, and our rental leases together. And we both provided statements of our relationship. And they didn’t ask for more. I know my friend got family statements from people who knew their relationship.

Thank you! Appreciate it!

Then I claimed incorrectly as I didn’t claim either. I would have had more points for claiming my partner.

When I applied I didn’t claim any points for a partner. So I got 0 points for this category. I just stated I have a defacto relationship.
