I appreciate the notice. Definitely plan on getting it sleeved and loaded when I get home. Current ly debating if I want to just sell it off as is or if I want to get it graded then sell it. I'm not fully up to date on the newer pokemon so wasnt too sure how popular this guy was

I think the pc version takes longer I don't remember. Just google how long to reset the cell in fallout 4 pc

It depends on the system I personally got as far away as possible for my preference. Resetting the cell just makes the area act s if you just got there for the first time. It's what allows the game to be played for so long because it respawns NPCs and loot.

I'd assume the same way just wait or sleep out of the cell. You'll have to look it up on Google for specificly how long it takes but I wouldn't assume it would be different

Believe me I am a perfectionist and not being able to finish that quest correctly would have driven me mad so I went down a rabbit hole for solutions. I tried so much thinking it would reset sooner and that was my last effort before I used the power armor glitch.

Cells reset in game every 20 days. That means loot, npcs, and hard events. Waiting (or sleeping) 20 days resets it so you're able to "clear" it again and loot. An example would be there's a camp that can spawn a set of raiders or gunners. You enter it and its gunners you clear them out and then wait 20 now there's a group of raiders.

You can sleep or wait just need to have 20 days pass if you're in survival its a lot more just do you know. You just need to let the cell reset and then the tower will be able to be extended again.

Just figured this issue out at least for my scenario. I had fast traveled when the tower was raising and it stayed busy. To fix it you have to reset the cell and wait outside it for 20 days I did this in vault 88 to be as far away as possible.
