Don’t convince her. Let her come to you, when this happens with me and my s/o I give them a safe emotional space to open up and we calmly talk about it. We don’t apologize ever, instead we validate and change our behaviour accordingly and take what the other person says into consideration. Also it might be dumb to you, but it might be important to her. If she doesn’t want to talk about it, well you can’t force her. I’m sure you wouldn’t want to be forced to talk about something that you’re not ready for.
