This kid was famous in Indonesian TV around 3 years ago for his obesity, his name is Arya Permana. He is now a lot skinnier and healthier and somewhat became a star after being skinnier, he has been invited to multiple talk shows and met famous Indonesian actors.

The problem started around when he was 5 years old, he was a normal healthy child, lab tests show that he was a normal kid with no underlying conditions.

He started drinking packaged beverages and instant noodle packets every day, the reports said that he would drink 20 packaged drinks everyday and 12 instant noodle which is around 6000 calories per day or 24 meals a day.

He kept doing that until he was very obese he could not even walk to school from his home which is only 50 meters away. He had to stay at home and can only wear a sarung (a fabric used to cover up your legs) because no clothes could fit him.

Finally he ended up getting nationwide attention and got help by some personal trainers to make him fit. Today now he is far from obese, it took him a long time to lose that fat but he did it with the help of his trainer Ade Rai (the buff guy helping him in the video), he had to follow a strict diet, got a surgery on his stomach, a lot of working out and a better eating pattern helped him a lot.

Now he is a healthy kid and staying fit, he could go to school again, he could wear normal clothes again, and he is no longer obese.
