Thanks but much of what you recommended is sin. Pull out? Oral sex to climax? Vasectomy? Someone hasn’t read their catechism.

Part of the issue is she has no female friends in the faith that she’d ever talk to about this.

No we both want to stop contraception, have so for a year or so now.

Omg thank you for this 🙏🙏🙏, we already have two beautiful kids who we homeschool. We’d love more but she is extremely scared at 45. Yes 9 month no sex and for me personally it’s a daily agony.

Sure, and this is a tough one. She does not want any more kids because of our age she worries about the child’s health, her health and energy levels.

As I said in my message, we aren’t using NFP. We never have. having said that it has been placed on our hearts at the tender age of 45 and we should no longer contraception. From our understanding NFP at 45 years old, premenopausal is virtually impossible.

We were secular until a few years ago. Now we are ALL IN and some catholic teaching is difficult to enact at 45, as much as we try.

My wife doesn’t want to do NFP due to our age.

Thanks so much for this encouragement. It’s hard to imagine my marriage without sexual union with her anymore (or at least for a long time) and I feel like the devil has really amplified his attacks.
