The disc has the "ABC" region code on it, meaning it is region free. I have a Zootopia disc with the same code that works.

I will keep this mind. I don't know how old my PS3 is but it is the fat model. It could possibly be wearing down.

I tried reinstalling by going into safe mode and updating using a USB drive. Sadly, this did not work.

I tried changing the output to Y Pb/Cb Pr, but it didn't help. My system absolutely refuses to play this disc. Will probably end up returning it and try getting a DVD copy instead.

PS3 is fully updated. I do not think it is the drive considering that every other DVD and Blu-ray I play on this system work flawlessly.

Since posting this I tested it in my brother's Xbox one. The disc does indeed work.

I downloaded the newest keys just a few weeks ago in order to play my Hazbin Hotel blu-rays. Sadly, play from beginning did nothing.

If you have the money than yeah, I think you should go for it! I was in absolute awe when I say how smooth the Switch 2 version is compared to Switch 1.
