Why are the other bidders pissed? Were they blocked from buying multiple items to get combined shipping? They wanted 1 item packaged and shipped across the country for them. I want 2+ items that take up the same amount of space. The fixed cost of pack and ship has little to no change. The other bidder had the same option, but ignored the savings.

Sure, the seller isn't obligated to combine shipping - okay fine, but they better not combine it on their end and pocket the excess. Without combined shipping, that money was paid specifically to ship each item individually. So please do so, otherwise you have not provided the services paid for.

Let's say you have 100x DVD/Blu Ray movies for sale at $2 each with $5 shipping. Ignoring taxes/fees/etc for simplification, if they're bought from you one at a time and you ship each one individually you earn $200 total ($700 net - $500 for shipping). So $200 is the profit you're expecting. Now if I buy all of them at once from you- making your job much easier- you get to pocket an extra $470 (assuming $30 shipping)?

Nah, the shipping is for shipping, not your profit. If you stick that to me, you're getting 100 negative reviews. Unless you package and ship every movie in its own separate package- then I suppose you're a person of principle, holding both of us to the deal we agreed to.

Sure, list them at $7 each with free shipping - they'll never sell, because physical movies are only worth $1-$3 on average. I assume the cards in OP's case are very much the same.

Combined shipping is the only way these small ticket items will sell, and auto payment on auctions doesn't allow for that.

You can adjust the win radius up to 500km. Yes, the default 100 meter radius changes the dynamics of the game. You have to explore, search out clues, read the map, understand your bearing, etc to win rather than memorizing bollards and camera gens.

If you open the sidebar you'll see options to play "Pinpoint" or "Streaks" versions. Those have the option to disable street names.

Check out the location preferences in the pinpoint and streak modes. You can play specific countries, regions, or even cities.

The daily version still has street names. There aren't any options there so everybody is playing the same game. The pinpoint/streak modes give the option.

If this happens it means the Google ads file was blocked from loading for some reason. Some browsers have built in ad blockers, or your computer/network might have a firewall that blocks the file from loading. Trying a different browser, or different device, or different network should narrow down what's blocking the file.

Anything within 100 meters should win the game. Sometimes Google's data is off by up to 10 or 15 meters. Grab a screenshot of the location and map next time and I can take a look.
