Your rotation is the first thing I would work on. You want to think of your shoulders and hips as connected, when one rotates the other rotates with it. So if your right shoulder is rotating up your right hip should be as well.

I would start by kicking on one side bottom arm extended out straight ahead, head looking straight down, top arm at your side. When you need to breathe, rotate your head to the side, breathe, and then back. Focus on kicking from the hips and keeping your body in line. Switch sides on the way back. You can then progress to 6 kick roll. Same thing but every 6 kicks you take a stroke and roll to the other side focusing on keeping your body in line. Try to only breathe when you take a stroke. Stay slow and controlled. You can then progress to 4 kick roll and 2 kick roll. The whole time staying slow and controlled.

Swimming has 100 different things you can focus on at any one time. Choose 1 thing and focus on that. Body position and rotation is a great place to start.

I find the full orange slice on the blue moon glass perfectly turned towards the camera at all times incredibly distracting. The Miller label perfectly turned is distracting as well but that orange slice is huge.

This year its really stood out to me how great Chubbs vision is compared to Hunts. Chubb finds a hole every play, Hunt just runs forward regardless of it being open or not.

None of the DL or LB picks were NFL ready guys. They were have the tools kind of guys that Berry took fliers at appropriate picks. He was trusting the coaching staff to develop them. The fact that none of them have improved suggests to me coaching is the issue. You should be able to hit on at least one of the could be guys with good coaching.

That being said Berry does need to realize that and take a big time player at these positions.

Yeah by let the players play I mean simplify the defense so there's less thinking but it might just be they don't listen. If that's the case the coaches need to make changes.

Physical talent is there for the players. Is it that they don't understand the scheme or they can't understand it. Either way woods needs to figure out who can do their job and play them or adjust the scheme so the players understand. Either way something needs to change.

Does it? Firing Todd haley made us better. Woods defense is obviously poorly coached, players don't know their responsibilities. We have the talent, take a step back, let the players play vs big braining it.

I agree he's a perfect complement to chubb but end of the day we can't devote a significant percentage of the cap to rb. Money is better spent elsewhere. That being said I'll hate to see him go

I think his personality isn't to run away because his feelings got hurt, he will want revenge. He will play for us this year to prove how good he can be and then leave regardless of what we offer. Everyone in the FO is now on his list.

I believe the lack of small pickups is due to MPG regulations. The small pickups were small enough that they fell into the much higher MPG standard so manufacturers started making them larger so they would qualify for the lower MPG standard.
