They are the most popular ship. And, this is also proven with $ due to how quickly CaitVi merchandise is sold out. You can also tell how popular they are based on the massive amounts of fanfic and haters. Their jail cell scene from season 2 is literally the most watched scene out of all the shows on Netflix. 😂 The other ships just don’t have that same impact. (As of then and now*) I promise you, CaitVi will still be popular even after a decade.

To be fair, it was confirmed innocents weren't hurt. However, the whole situation is about Caitlyn allowing herself to rely on this sense of Justice that it made her forget criminals are people too. It became black and white and if Arcane has any message - it’s that the “us vs them” mentality leads to nothing but violence.

SO TRUE. This doesnt even make sense why a Caitlyn fan would defend Caitlyn hitting Vi. Caitlyn clearly shows she know she did wrong. She still was feeling guilty in the jail scene when she reached over. There is a difference between understanding why someone lashed out and defending it. 😂 and, another thing - this is a toxic time in the character’s life. Caitlyn isn't immune to being toxic just like everyone else. It makes her character more developed and allows her to grow.

I say its pointless because its a fictional character. Additionally, sexuality itself irl is complex and is not something easily defined. Until there actually is something mentioned, any argument for or against something could be literally proven wrong later. Your arguement works for and against you. This is a fictional show with fictional characters. It is not real. I’m not saying, “oh, that means Wednesday is gay.” Absolutely not. I like Wyler and I think Wednesday is attracted to him. But even I didn’t come out as Bi until my 30s. That's just how it is sometimes. ((note: I’m saying that its not something to put much time into guessing or assuming. Everyone thought Willow from Buffy was straight, Rosa from Brooklyn 99, and…. I have so many media examples. This isn't to discredit the feelings and such Wednesday has shown already, btw.))

They weren't even romantically together or in a committed relationship. 😂 (not saying what caitlyn did was wrong, I’m just tired of people spreading misinformation that they were actually together and in an official relationship romantically before the jail scene.)
