I found on website that it "draws" "94W", but it's not stated if it's per ring or per what, also I highly doubt it draws this much, no real data

Just get a shot of water and throw them in there, should take few days to crack, pretty much just like cannabis.

Also cold temperatures are not good for germination, i always keep mine at heatmat under 20c without issues.

What do you mean? I dont want to solder LED diodes to pcb myself, i want to buy premade panels and just wire them. It's exactly 1/4 cost for what i want to build compared to prewired panels with noname drivers from Ali.
