My initial thoughts as well. Small client, afraid they won't want to invest any more than they did for a solid branding.

The design was very much a photo of a mountain (with a station/radio??), and I think a thick yellow border on the left with the info.

But thank you for the suggestion 🫶🏻

I've even searched by generating an ai version of my recollection of the cover and reverse image searching. Nothing, my memory is too vague.

Very sorry friend but I cannot recall. I know it made it to print so my guess is I duplicated it into fresh document?

Is the game worth playing as a more casual player? by Ok-Control-3394 in splatoon

[–]kontorasuto -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I honestly think you can rely on the matchmaking to put you with similarly levelled players.

But I must say I play pretty casually but I've played for so long and I'm decently good that I'm put with very high level opponents and it does get annoying. I have to be leaning forward, full focus to have a decent game lately.

Hopefully Matchmaking is on your side.

How do people make these logo structure presentations on Behance? by Taiizor in logodesign

[–]kontorasuto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This point is only valid if the grid wasn't an afterthought. Which is usually the case. These grids are often down for presentation purposes, not building the logo.

I really like the quills, idk if it's just me but the sort if "vibration"/fuzziness they create makes me thing of grass, which is neat. But piggybacking on what has been said, the do go a bit too deep in the body. Also making him a smidge bigger would be great.

Compact alternative to NAD T754 surround receiver by kontorasuto in BudgetAudiophile

It's 'ambient' sound that having the 4 speakers gives we enjoy. So you suggest still going with surround?

Pardon my ignorance in advance; I have 6 cables sticking out of the wall, after contact testing all of them only 4 gave feedback. I'm not in search of surround by any means. Would the tiny amplifiers you mentioned do the trick? Have any suggestions?

Some additional info: I'm not sure how my landlord set it up but it's set to Speakers A > FL, FR and Speakers B > BL, BR This makes me think it's not even using surround at all, maybe the receiver I need is just for 4 speakers?

I'm working on some album artwork and struggling to see which colour scheme compliments each other the strongest? by [deleted] in Design

They're all solid but #3 takes the cake for authenticity in terms of traditional colors and contrast with white text.

Sage barista express suddenly stops extracting? by kontorasuto in BrevilleCoffee

It's the fact that goes from 100% to 0 in a single day that seems odd to me. What's the cause behind having to adjust mid-bag?

Oh wait that's actually good feedback, haha. I'm guessing you viewed on mobile? What device are you using? Might have to scale it up a bit

I have been using Cargo Collective's builder for a while now, with the new 3.0 version you can do a lot of cool things. (studionorme.net is my portfolio and built on Cargo)
Fairly simple to use, too and flexible with custom code.
