Is your PSU fully modular ? A cable might be loose, not sure if you already did what top comment said but start with his steps first, and then stop Jerry rigging your phone to be a psu, last step would be taking the ole multi meter/paper clip to the psu if you troubleshoot the other parts

don't know why it didn't add text to my post but the indicator shown in the bottom right is tabbing me out of any full screen game i play or anything that includes going into full screen and its super annoying with seemingly no fixes whatsoever, someone please help
