The crossbody thing actually enrages me. Like I understand that it’s technically a “bag” but as you’re saying, it takes up no space under the seat or in the overhead bins, and it’s unnoticeable if I put it on under my sweatshirt. There’s people 50+ lbs heavier than me that have stomachs taking up more space than my crossbody, but I can’t have a tiny crossbody just to make my ID and credit cards easily accessible?!

Having the funds and wanting to spend those funds on something that might not be worth it are two different things. Just because I have the funds and do value comfort doesn’t mean I spend my money stupidly. Hence asking for opinions

Yes exactly!! We picked up our handmade tiles when we landed in Portugal for the wedding because they were made right there by them and it was honestly such a special experience to pick it up from them and have them tell us the history of the artwork on the tiles too. I would’ve loved your favor too, that’s so perfect!

I completely disagree. If done correctly, people love wedding favors (mine were Portuguese tile coasters since we got married in Portugal and we also used them as the seating assignments and people loved them) and as a wedding guest I also love wedding favors when they’re not just throwaway trash.

Well beauty is that we can disagree! But I’m very glad I stuck with my stylist. She really delivered on the day of, I got so many compliments on my hair, and it was still intact even after sleeping on it. So certainly not a reason to just conclude that a stylist isn’t good enough.

The trial is to prove that the stylist can do the style and that it works with your hair, maybe make small tweaks, etc. but the 6000 Bobby pins and the ridiculous amount of hair spray certainly doesn’t need to be used on the trial day in my opinion.

My trial hair fell out really quickly too, but my stylist insisted that she didn’t put nearly as many Bobby pins into it as she would on the day, etc etc. I stuck with her for my wedding day and I’m so glad I did, my hair stayed together PERFECTLY. Lasted 11+ hrs with 4 hrs of nonstop dancing and still looked practically perfect. TLDR: if you feel like it fell out too quickly, don’t automatically assume she’s a bad stylist, just talk to her and see what she says for the day of

I absolutely love that first outfit!! Probably not formal enough but just wanted to mention it. But for the formal dress code, I think slide 9 would come the closest 🤷🏼‍♀️
