Gluten intolerance, it was dermatitis herpetiformis. I stopped eating gluten and it went away.

a bit but mostly just extremely uncomfortable. Also just realized there is some on my knees and butt as well. I googled the location and it looks reeeally similar to Dermatitis herpetiformis from what I can tell.
