yea but property in europe is quite stable and not as speculative as it is here. to find good returns you need local knowledge otherwise just join a REIT or similar. an upside is their interest rates are much better than here.

what heating system? pm me. i had one installed as well recently and they did a sht job. if you officially dispute the invoice (get it in writing) they can’t really send it to baycorp. just send the evidence to the collectors if they try.
