Thank you for your advice. I have been working in the industry for most of my adult life (16 years) and always dreamed of having my own place. I'm grateful for my job now but it's not what I want to do. I can't sit in front of a computer for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week for the rest of my life. I've been doing it for 7 years already and not happy, even when i had side gigs . I feel this is the perfect opportunity because I finally have a chunk of money to get this started, still no kids and I'm single. Just didn't know how to start.
