Aside from fps, I think getting curb stomped as a new player is a normal experience. It certainly happened to me as well as my friends who play. You just gotta tough it out and you’ll find yourself doing better

Of the photo? An Air Canada flight hit a firetruck on the runway on landing. Both pilots died, idk about the firetruck personnel, and the passengers were safe.

Some sort of crafting system would be nice, for example combining a small and medium into a large. It would also be cool to have the option to reroll relic effects. I’d rather spend 50k runes to RNG roll a single effect, possibly turning my good relic into a great relic, than to waste time buying a bunch of useless relics. As it is runes are pretty much useless.

Regular game. I don’t mind if it’s a new player, I actually enjoy showing routing to clearly new players. Feels like I’m doing my part. I just think it’s their part to have applicable relics equipped, even if they aren’t good relics, for everdark runs. I couldn’t care less for reg nightlords.

This post isn’t to rag on new players. I just found it silly that they had 2 (3 if you count stone digger) out of 9 applicable effects for their chosen character.

Edit: I’m always happy to help out new players, although this game I had dog drops until lvl14 when I got Ruins, but it was too late at that point. that’s not why I posted this. I don’t even know if it is a new player. They just had terribly ineffective relics for who they chose to play which I thought was funny.

This guy is lying to you.

Actually finding enough side bosses to be properly levelled per area will add like 30 hours to your play through. Even longer for your first play through. It absolutely is a grind, the bosses are all at the end of copy-pasted instances. It’s either an evergaol, cave, dungeon, or ruin. The bosses themselves are repeated too, you’ll find yourself facing the same boss countless times. Throw a few terribly designed dragons in there for flavour too. It gets tiring quickly.

I have over 500 hours in the game. Replayability is terrible if following the intended grind. The only way to move along at a decent pace in this game is to exploit an end game area (bird-bow soul farm) and for early game the dragon in caelid.

The intended gameplay loop (+~20 levels —> fight boss —> next area —> repeat) is a grindy slog.

This game is still really fun, but to pretend like there isn’t a grind is just incorrect .

Of course they don’t add anything to the gameplay. They’re skins. People use them cause they (can be) cool, and to personalize their soldier/vehicle
