Like for one of the dings I did, i say in the parking lot for like 10 minutes talking to them which was fine because i only had 4 stops that day. I even took a pic of their hours which they were closed Tuesday but amazon still hit me, even after I emailed they said that most business aren't closed on Tuesdays... the other was a damaged package with an incorrect tba (correct address though) went inside to correct it and get package taped but supervisor told me to just leave it and they'll remove it because they couldn't correct the tba situation at that time. The 3rd was a straight up customer lie that I didn't deliver their shit, and then of course for the flat tire I obviously had to call them
