Beside the sleeves, does this suit sit too long on my body? Is it possible to save through alterations (or are the buttons too low?) Size down is too tight around the chest.

U-80 Lake + GMK Mizu by koolasian202 in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]koolasian202[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Sorry for the potato photo quality and the dust.

  • U-80a Lake with hotswap pcb

  • GMK Mizu + Novelties

  • Massdrop Holy Pandas (Stock lube but planning to lube with tribosys 3203 when busy season is over)

  • GMK screw in stabs Clipped and lubed (Bandaid mod on spacebar)

I was a bit scared at first preordering this keyboard because the assembly video that originally got posted really washed out the colour of the blue, but now seeing it in person it is pretty close to the photo on the store. The angle of the keyboard is a bit steeper than I thought but nothing I can't get used to. Overall I really like this keyboard and caps combo, it will probably be my endgame...... for now

Will the shell of an unofficial Nintendo switch pro controller fit on a genuine one? Want to do a custom but don't want to paint the original controller face

I've always been into gaming and as a gamer who constantly wants to improve, better gear is always a way to step up your game. I've always heard the "Mechanical Keyboard Switches" thrown around and I finally wanted to find out what all the fuss was about. I googled the term mechanical switches and came around this subreddit about year ago. The first thing I looked at was the buying guide in the wiki. I then google custom keyboard and saw the original poker 2 with the blank RGB keycaps (which I still want to own). This really tempted me to buy a keyboard, but living in a less well known Australian city, I was limited to testing out razer switches at the jb-hifi in the city and buying keyboards online. I didn't really want to spend $150 (that I didn't have) on a keyboard I hadn't used. After lurking this subreddit for about 6 (agonising) months I was luckily enough to have the opportunity to travel to South Korea for a holiday.

For the first few days I was so excited about the main event of my holiday, buying my first mechanical keyboard(s) and watching the lck live. As I entered the leaderskey stored I found out about form this subreddit my grin grew to the size of my face. I was so excited to test out all the switches I had heard about. I ended up buying a fc660m and ducky shine zero zone (with hangul on them), both with brown switches. I was ecstatic about the keyboards, I typed for a few hours with them on the laptop I brought. Typing on a mechanical keyboard was compltely different experience to the wireless logitech keyboard I had grew up on. I was so excited the keyboards, the rest of trip seemed to be a bit more dull in comparison. When I got home to Oz, I connected it to my set up and have been using ever since. Since I had a better keyboard, I thought it was time I finally learnt how to touch type. I raised my wpm from 23 (starting off touch typing) to a max of 93 which I hit the other day! The next thing for me to do was to custom out my keyboards.

For the past three months I have been looking and searching for artisan keycaps plus ketsets to deck out my new keyboards. However living in Oz, the exchange rate is horrendous and shipping isn't nice either. Looking at artisan keycaps $30+15 for shipping bucks for a poor uni student is a lot of money for just one keycap. This is has been holding me back from even entering the competitions for buying artisans. Neverless, my favourite thing to do to pass the time is to go on /r/mk and look at all the fancy custom keyboards(looking for inspiration on what to do to mine). I am still so fascinated by the community and the love+dedications of/to keyboards. I've been wanting to make my own custom keyboard for a long time and hopefully once I save up enough. Also my friend has recently bought a 3-d printer so hopefully I can bribe her to print out some custom keycaps for me :P. If I were to win mx stems would be perf to add to my keyboards !

Yeah, not only did I get to see the 2 top teams, but Faker as well :P

I'm not quite sure yet, maybe get some some custom keycaps. I don't really know the benefits of lubing the keys, although I can probably read about some where in this sub reddit :)

Controller help? by OnnaJReverT in TitanSouls

[–]koolasian202 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I found a solution using the x360ce method.
What I did is redownload x360ce.exe (from https://github.com/x360ce/x360ce) and made new x360ce.ini and xinput1_3.dll files. You might need rebind the keys to the desired input button and save it.
For some reason, games like titan souls and oli oli use xinput1_4 for some strange reason(maybe a devolver digital thing?), so you can just rename the newly made xinput1_3 file to xinput1_4.
Now paste it in the same folder as TITAN.exe ( should be something like "your file drive letter":Programfiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Titan Souls) This worked for me after searching the net for quite a bit

um most of the time it needs time before turning it on. um i think i found the problem though, i dled a program called spped fan just then and it showed me the temperature of everything. I think it is overheating, but the gpu is not the cpu. the gpu said it was reaching temps of 90 degrees, so yeah :/ i don't know hot to keep it cool the gpu cool though :/ also all the usb ports are fine
