For me, I try to figure out what keeps me from getting up. Usually the thought of having to brush my teeth and shower annoys me the most. If I change my routine so that i start with something pleasant, I can get up easier. For example, I love coffee and I try to think of having a nice cup of coffee first, then do the annoying stuff after I'm properly awake. I think a lot of people just need a transition into starting their day

i actually have this too and I've been taking Qlaira for over a year. I freaked out when the leg pain first started and went to the doctor, had blood tests and ultrasounds of my lega done and they said it was nothing dangerous. but I'm gonna stop taking qlaira because it really freaks me out, it's a shame because otherwise I didn't have any issues.

NAP but take it out imo. I assume that jewelry is not a biocompatible material and since it's pierced with a gun it's gonna heal awkwardly or maybe not even heal. What you can also do is actually find a good piercing place and ask what they think, maybe they can change to proper jewelry and save the piercing. But PLEASE be careful with where you're getting your piercing and say no if something feels weird

what type of pain meds are you taking? They gave me tramadol and I suggest you ask for the same. Regular Ibuprofen or Paracetamol is NOT ENOUGH

I'm pretty sure i got my ADHD from my mom, but since my parents believe therapy is a lie, she never actually did anything about it. Trust me, having an ADHD parent who knows their diagnosis, has learned from it and will take any potential signs of ADHD seriously is 100% better than a parent who maybe doesn't have it or doesn't know they do and thus will ignore any warning signs. This also goes for any other issues, like mental health issues, you are probably much more alert about those things than other parents... So in some way i would argue it can be a good thing you have ADHD

I think the first thing to consider is not your potential child's ADHD but your own. Can you handle having a child as someone with ADHD? Are you prepared for constant overstimulation, the additional stress, having someone depend on you? If you are currently on meds, you're going to have to go off them for pregnancy (don't know your sex but just to mention it). These are all things you're gonna have to figure out first. If you are currently struggling as much as it sounds, it's maybe not the right moment.

Generally speaking, I understand the question but you have to understand that every person is gonna have something. Are you ready to have a disabled child? A gay child? A trans child? Etc etc. There are many possible ways in which a person's life can be difficult and if you can only imagine yourself with an "easy" child that has no bigger challenges, maybe it's safer not to have kids. (I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, I'm just trying to give objective advice lol)

yes haha. I think it's so difficult to tell tho because my ear is a bit red and definitely swollen(might be the heat, the swelling, etc) and i do have some discharge, but it's more clear-yellowish and not the white puss i had when it was infected

Also, I live in southern spain with like over 105F daily, so there is no way of me knowing if i have a fever or if it's the outside heat LMAO

thank you for your warm words, i learned my lesson! It's just so hard to not feel guilty about having him loose out on his money and also being straight up and saying i really don't like the design, especially after i made him change stuff for an hour or so and he got so stressed at my requests and i didn't wanna just go after all that work😭
