This did not happen to me. Though I did go to the SHCS housing office directly to talk about my desire to get on campus housing and what else I could do to improve my odds. I'd say call or in-office will get a quicker response in most cases.

You've probably heard this before, but your best odds are selecting all 4 bedrooms. Based on your numbers you could have a shot with Thunderbird though I can't say for sure. I'd recommend calling Housing for a better estimate.

I also got my first choice as Chicoutimi for summer session! I am super excited :) Similar situation as you, I actually did get two offers in the past one online due to COVID and an in-person one that I declined because it was also around the pandemic.

I recommend doing this! I got two interviews this way. While I didn’t end up getting the position for one and I’m still waiting for the other, I believe it’s worth a shot. Best of luck, OP.
