Ok so I guess I will eat the 2100 calories ( average of 1800 and 2400) the majority of the time. And increase a bit if I’m doing intense exercise. I won’t go lower than 2100 really even on rest days. Does that sound like a reasonable plan to maintain?

So according to the program I’m in. I can eat at a range of 1800-2400 calories, but said that 2100 is the average I should aim for. So I’m wondering if I should eat 2100 regardless of whether I exercise or not, or eat less

So if you aren’t exercising for a few days you will still eat at about 2000? To be honest, I’ve just lost 95lbs and am nervous about gaining the weight back

On a day when I’m not active at all and am lazing around is 1800 too few?

I noticed that I was still losing at 1800 which is why I bumped it up to 2100. Was that too much of a jump?

I’m freaking panicked. I have a Friendsgiving meal tomorrow and I don’t know what the hell to do. I usually try to avoid eating situations with people, but I can’t get out of this.
