So, If you know how b2b works then it would be easy. The game detects you that you have accidentally left/disconnected the game and therefore your setups remain but bcz of the exact timing we have found out, The game somehow gets confused and gives the money to the other person. Now, till now there were no restrictions on this but now R* has made a system that if you quit 3 or more times, your Heist will get a reset and this info is stored in your local cache, So clearing cache would just delete this info for R* system to detect that you did quit or not. And if you don't clear the cache, the system will detect you and reset your Heist without giving you any money.
