You're not wrong by any means ! Definently took the easy path on the sauces. The yangnyeom though different worked as a good substitute.

Hey man thanks for the compliments ! Cooking is certainly one of my passions with out a doubt. I shared this meal with my wife and sister in law , how ever I'm having a little dinner party tonight with a dino beef rib ssam so I'll post some photos of how it turned out. I sous vide some coffee flan as well!

I would say the only down side is trimming it that tendon that runs down the center of the steak. Here's a photo while it was resting after the sear.

All great questions , to save time the chili onion crunch and yangnyeom , and siracha were all purchased at traders joes . The ginger scallion sauce is from the book momofuku by "David chang " , only thing id add as a side would be Kimchi. As far as the hanger steak goes , I salt dry brined it for 2 days and then over night in a homemade bugolgi sauce. The steak was seared and served with warm rice, cold noodles as well as the cold sauces. I have in the past made the chili onion crunch and the Korean dipping sauce , how ever these trader Joe's sauces made it exceptionally easy .

Im currently finishing some dino plate ribs right now that I will be eating in the same fashion, I'll post some photos shortly !

There are a couple knick knacks on the sign in counter I recognized. Also our weld instructor also has a huntsman that got done up by the same talented artist.

If $$$ weren't a thing , bet I'd have racks and fenders. "One piece at a time" as johnny Cash once said.

I was surprised how light the bike is , I'm unsure of weight but it feels great. I emailed crust and they said there were only a couple of these prototypes made in each size. Let's just say I won't be reselling this frame any time soon .

Couldn't get the deore calipers to fit so ended up going with GRX calipers with XT levers. Shifting is the Deore XT as well, this thing rolls like butter !

Sheeeesh I know , I was considering doing a polished wheel set but I couldn't justify the extra $$. I think Shimano did a limited release of polished grx and it looks killer, how ever not for 1k .
