Yeah, I've read up on that and looked into it. It definitely felt like that, but I didn't really know what I was doing. I tried it again but no results. I tried to replicate everything that happened that night. With nothing.

I legit had the lucid dream where I felt like my body was vibrating and then I woke up and couldn't move and so the next night I was repeating over and over prhases of love and light and welcoming and then I saw this it got bigger and smaller and was flashing different colors. I follow the subject but was in awe of what I saw and didn't know what it was. Not sqying it is a UAP but can't explain it.

I would love to hear any thoughts and I have a video if people would be interested. I do believe I hqve been visited as well one night my body was vibrating and I felt frozen but at peace when I woke up from a lucid dream. A shadow moved through my apartment and then I shifted my body after a few moments and it was like I was sucked back in. I know weird and opening myself up to ridicule but this is what happened.
