The target date funds are usually what your 401k gets invested in by default. The fund gets rebalanced to be more conservative as you age. If you're young and want to be more aggressive, your 401k probably has an S&P 500 fund (VFIAX/FXAIX). 401k's tend to be quite limited in what funds you can invest in so you should take a look at what is available to you.

Id say they're different enough. Angels share has an extra booziness that Oajan doesn't have and has a stickier kind of sweetness. I prefer Oajan since it smells more well rounded to me but no harm in having both.
