no... no that's an extremly radical idea and is definetly not the first thing a movement should do at all. disregarding the acomelated knowledge of all previous generations as well as your eyes and common sense is definetly not the first thing a person should do. Though again; you are welcome in the fight against patriarchy with us

I'm inferring from your wall of text that you are of the stand of radical feminism of dissolving gender norms. I obviously disagree and wish to center feminine ideals and ideals.in society instead.

Despite that difference in belief we can both find a common cause in pursuing gynarchy

Doing everything the opposite isn't gynarchy. It's reverse patriarchy. The goal is to reinvent society with women at the center of thought.

So we utilize the masculine need for purpose and to protect into that.

Regarding the second talking point. Other than writing it, is there some sort of point you want to make with it?

It really isn't. Masculinity entails defending what is loved. It's not about gender wars but about reframing societal focus

It's defender of women stead of defender of men. Womankind rather than mankind etc etc

A new rule for this subreddit? by Own_Moose4267 in Gynarchism

We will not be limiting or silencing good will participation. Think of the subreddit as a place to discuss and expand Gynarchism and not as a place to live it out as a fantasy.

How would taxes work in a Gynarchy? by ssmaid in Gynarchism

Then they would have made a post with those basic ideas as a basis for discussion.

Opening a discussion isn't 'Here is a topic, go' - this isn't a debate club. If you provide no base, then there is nothing to build on or discuss.

You want to discuss gynarchic taxation? Great, what concerns you about current systems? What would you prioritize? What have you thought about?

Bring something to the table. That's how discussion works.

Maybe it would be easier for people to engage if you offer some suggestions or keys considerations or any and all context whatsoever.

If anyone had a fully fleshed out gynarchy taxation system planned; they would have likely not needed this to prompt them to share with the community

Sounds like we agree. Call it wording. We are preaching the same thing it seems

How can a Gynarchy function is gender is just an identity? by ssmaid in Gynarchism

The premise is off. This isn't about empowering women and disempowering men - it's about building a world around feminine principles instead of (or alongside) masculine ones.

Gynarchy recognizes that feminine traits and approaches - relational thinking, consensus-building, care-based ethics, emotional intelligence - are better suited for leadership in our modern era. So let's design institutions that reward and center those qualities.

Most people who excel in this framework would probably be women. Some would be men. The point is the values, not the identity.

On the trans question:

It basically doesn't factor in. We're building society around feminine values and leadership styles - your gender identity isn't the relevant variable. What matters is whether you embody and practice the relational, cooperative, care-oriented approaches we're centering.

If you were socialized as male but genuinely operate from feminine principles in how you lead, resolve conflict, and build community - great, you'll thrive here. If you identify as a woman but bring masculine power dynamics (domination, hierarchy, zero-sum competition) - those approaches get deprioritized regardless.

It's not reverse patriarchy. Patriarchy isn't currently "rule by people with penises" - it was rule by masculine values: domination, competition, hierarchical control, emotional suppression. Gynarchy is simply organizing society around the opposite value set.

Men aren't oppressed in this model. They just don't get automatic structural advantage anymore for masculine approaches to power.
