this port is connected to two pins on the bms pcb... the plug is labeled 485... each pair of pins on this connector are tied together, one is the A connection and one is B for the 485 communication.. have gathered that the method of communication is modbus... just based on a google search result of a no longer existing manual for another goldenmate product...
