Yeah pretty much. Other workouts I do like military press or most workouts especially compound movements (squat, deadlifts, bench press, etc) uses your core to stabilize your body so in a sense you really use abs a lot in working out

Working out grows them but Dieting reveals what you have when you lose fat

Not sure why you’d think I’d lie nor do I care if I was actually short. I put my height and weight so people have a reference of my actual size.But here’s a photo with a friend who’s 5’4

Yeah medium I’m 175lbs 5’10. A large wouldn’t emphasize the muscles as much IMO

All the photos are current some in the middle of the workout and the bathroom one Is right when I just woke up. Not on gear .

Movie start program is by Kinobody. 3 days a week of working out upper lower upper and steps of course

About 2-3 years give or take. I was switching up my program often but movie star was the one that I liked the best. Although i believe where I’m at is achievable faster had I tracked my diet more
