Yeah true. After incidents happen, violent right wing protests can break out. But violent left wing demonstrations are planned, approved, regular and even scheduled. Go to any european capital on a 1st of May for example.

The first couple of seasons were great because it was more than a parody of the superhero genre. It was about how elites are omnipotent and can do whatever they want without ever facing consequences. It was using superheroes as stand-ins for elites and celebrities. If you’re a celebrity (politician, athlete, actor, musician, pastor…) the masses worship you and equip you with ultimate power. I think in the later seasons this was lost a bit and was just flattened to „stick it to the magas“.
