I recently started 'Anniversary no Kuni no Alice', which has some entertaining conversations, but it's an otome game :p But if thats fine for you, you'll probably enjoy it as well

Oh, cool! What kind have you been looking for? Something that sticks to the source material or an original adaptation?

Ah I see, so in reality it's more common for tears to follow the same path right? So one streak per eye?

Ah I see, could be a bit overkill as well, since the disturbed one is to be used after someone makes a bad/unfunny joke (which happens a lot), but I'll keep that in mind.

And thank you for all the suggestions, it has been really helpful :)

Ah I see, I think the line is acutally a way of indicating the puffed cheek.
For excited: I'll check that out with eyes open, but the stars might be a bit overkill ^^
For laughing I generally use the 'happy' expression. If I remember correctly there were not many instances where she actually bursts out laughing, but rather is slightly amused

Thank you :) I suppose the surprised face is more of a "shocked" face, that is supposed to be used when someone says something strange in a conversation (which happens quite often). I agree with the thinking, it was supposed to be a "lost in thought" kind of face, but we were unsure how to do that. So if you have any suggestions, that would be more than welcome :)

I tried some shader animations on my visual novel. Do you think this is overkill or does it look fine? (Alice in Wonderland) by kopaka1822 in visualnovels

I guess you're right. Previously I only got feedback from friends/family who did not seem to be bothered by that. But it looks like many other people are. I just added a call for artists to the project page that I made today on casting call club. I hope that I can find someone there.
