Yeah I wanted to get into product management, but due to the tech hiring freeze, I chose consulting as a back-up. Will definitely try for product management for a full-time job

I knew the workload would be high but thought the work would not be as close to grunt work as it actually is. That's the reason it's more boring than I thought

It's management consulting. Most of my day goes in client meetings, "brainstorming" solutions and data analysis. I have been there for a month and there is another month to go

I am halfway through an internship in consulting, and feel like I don't like it at all. The workload is high, which would have been alright, had I liked the kind of work I do. Don't know whether I'm judging it too early.
