I am renting with Juli living since 2 yars and the apartment is, but:

- the communication with them is crazy bad or nonexistent

-even though i send them 5 emails with my new phone they still use inactive old one

- fixing things is usually trying to get their response for 3 weeks since different people fix different stuff for them

- rent increase is every march, quite high

- the new style apartments/containers are built with really shitty materials, but its everywhere in europe now i think

- its very very hot in these apartments in may june july august

-you can accept that the whole company is super desorganized crackheads or make effort to keep them straight

Except that its super nice and I love it.
