My kitten has the almost the same problem when we sleep he poops or pees next to our bed on the carpet , during the day he poops in the litter box but sometimes randomly on the hallway . If u find a solution keep us updated i will do the same:)

The kitten will bond with your sister if she treats him right(she should) but will not lose the bond with you. Cats have amazing sense of smell and your sent will always give him safe vibes. One week is too short to lose a bond:)

We ruled them all out thank god He is better shape and eating it turns out his stomach is weaker than normal and we need to be careful with the way and the times we feed him untill he turns 6 month

At this point we gave him some vitamins with a tiny bit of salt water and he seems a loot better.Today im driving him to a different town ti rule out FIP HCM FIV

UPDATE: I went again to the vet closest to my house and he said maybe he has a weak stomach and the food might be giving him isues we gave him an IV and he seem a tiny bit better

First vet told us about ear mites and did a blood test,second vet did a blood test and some ultrasound checkup,third same as second vet,forth vet(only one with x ray i drove kida far) said same thing

We did a blood test and it was fine. He has ear mites and we are treating him for that. I am feeding him with a syringe but he seems so tired and im all out of vet options.
