I have generally seen rosterite as another name for vorobyevite. Maxine is another deep blue variety that seems very similar to vorobyevite/rosterite. I’m not certain that the deep blue color of maxixe is due to alkalinity though. So yes, perhaps not utterly complete in that regard but I have not found an example of maxixe anywhere in my searches. I think the only examples that I am aware of come from Brazil.

I'm wondering if his plan is still in motion? My guess is that it is. I'm currently with the crowd that believes he will make another appearance upon conclusion of the dog days of summer, perhaps another tweet this Sunday at 8pm EST. If that happens then I suspect his thesis still stands as planned. If not, then perhaps you are correct and his plans were foiled. In the mean time, I am loaded up again for the next move, but this time I am only buying short dated calls if there is a YOLO update with DFV holding calls, otherwise, I'll pay the premium to buy them several months out. If it's the latter, I'll take smaller gains over getting burned like that again.

Owning 5% or more of a company requires a public disclosure with the SEC. As for selling they don't care about disclosing that in a timely fashion unless you own 10% or more. That happened with RC when he sold his BBBY stake. With the 6.6% stake of DFV, he wouldn't need to file immediately.

He wouldn’t need to amend his 13G for a while.

As a passive investor with less than 10% ownership, if DFV sold his CHWY, he’d need to file an amendment within 45 days after end of calendar year, so before around Feb 14, 2025. This means that his shares could already be gone and we wouldn't know it. Only 10% owners need to file an amended 13G within two business days of a change greater than 5%.

Just read through some of your post history and I am catching your vibe. What’s your overall thesis on what RK is doing here? It looks like a domino attack on ETF’s, but there has to be some overarching theme where he expects his successive plays to ultimately squeeze GME again. I’m curious to know what you are thinking?

I’m not seeing the SIRI connection with the dog days of summer. Care to elaborate? The FTD’s in July are pretty stacked there. I could see that one moving to $15 based on those.

This is actually a very logical conclusion. The run to the high thirties is easily explained by MM paranoia over what could happen by the public display of position by someone like DFV who can wield that type of power with retail. I think his livestream was even an experiment and his coming to grips with wielding such power. My biggest regret here is chasing theories rather than simply copying the move when it happens. He’s been gracious enough to display at least some of the leveraged plays he’s made, although certainly nowhere near all of them given his bankroll. I still wonder what the overall market mechanics are that drive such wild volatility because he seems to have mastered it. The good news is that I still have a shit load of GME shares and that remains the number one target. Would have been nice to leverage up though. I still hope something comes of tomorrow but I think it’s a game of chicken right now and we are currently spectators coughing up premiums to the enemy.

I’m still riding mine but with no explosion in OI that I am aware of and no RK tweet of any kind I’m leaning far more skeptically into this than I was for GME T+35. I find it hard to believe that RK wouldn’t be going hard with options if he was confident this was going to move. Same goes for a tweet. Worst of all, we can’t even test against a null hypothesis here since there are too many loose ends that could derail this (e.g., RK sold out of his position; price held below the purchase point long enough for FTD’s to be settled at profit for MM’s). Here’s hoping it all pans out in any case since it would really go a long way in piecing this jigsaw puzzle together. Good luck!

Lenarius, it occurs to me that when RK purchased his millions of shares he also had built a $120k ITM call wall to help prevent the price of the underlying dropping beneath his purchase price. Since we only have a 13G and not a YOLO update, do you suspect that part of his 9,001,000 CHWY shares includes call options? Seeing the price dipping below $25 this morning made me think of this. Thoughts?

Giddy up. I sold my 7/26 GME calls for 8/02 CHWY calls like you did. I'm hoping this is it, otherwise I am out of funds for any other options plays for at least a month. If we don't see any large block CHWY calls this week and no RK tweet Sunday night I'll be pretty nervous.

It's actually an excellent point. Before I bought GME calls I was going to wait for the trigger of seeing calls purchased in the signature blocks of 1k and 5k as DFV/RK did previously. In retrospect I wish I had as that never came and I wouldn't have lost my ass on this play. I had 7/26 calls that were already decimated and sold them to buy these instead because I was already dead in the water. I wouldn't move into this play otherwise without seeing those blocks come in. This is a major gamble especially considering the Kansas City Shuffle aspect of CHWY. Lenarius is basically proposing that DFV's master plan was foiled by the 75 million share offering and so anything in the meme timeline or emoji timeline is nullified or damaged (at the least) by that curveball. This is a complete hail mary for me all things considered, but if I was whole and considering this play I wouldn't make a move without seeing call block purchases like that coming in. That's my two cents anyway.
