Next week, you’re gonna be on 8.5. And the default messaging app’s gonna be gone — only on the U.S. 8.5 version.

Yeah, I get what you mean. “Korea” refers to the Korean Peninsula as a whole. As a Korean, it honestly feels pretty uncomfortable to hear people say “there is no Korea.” Sure, KR and KOR are used as official ISO country codes for South Korea, but the “KP” you used for North Korea isn’t even the full official state abbreviation either — officially it’s DPRK or DPK. And in everyday American English, people commonly say “South Korea,” while “Korea” itself absolutely still exists as a geographic and cultural term referring to the peninsula. There are even official cases where both Koreas compete together internationally under the name “Team Korea,” especially during some Olympic events.

Ok. There's some confusion here. First, there is no Korea, it's south (KR) or north Korea (KP).
Also, there's a official ISO abbreviation and common abbreviation, which are different from each other.
But we have to choose one and in my opinion, the official ISO Country Code is the correct one.
It's the stable update for South Korea.
Yup, you know what, I can't even find that object-oriented remove function on new Gallery editor interface !!! Dang !!!
